As the title of this post says- the theme of this Hop is "All about Me". Quick confession... when I heard about the hop I did not know about the theme and I said sure I will participate. This is the first Hop I am participating aside from my DT. So I send a message to Shelley asking about the theme and I found out that it was all about me. I never made any project about me, so I got stumbled a bit. Well I am mostly a card maker due to time issues between work, a husband and two little boys.... No need to say more. I have done Layouts but I am a very slow scrapper. Here is the final project:

I am very happy with the outcome. It has been three years since the last time I made a layout...
I wanted to showcase the things that I love to create with but also show the growth within my crafting.  I have come along way from my first cards that I made and the first layouts...
Let me show you some pictures of some of the techniques that I used.

For the focal point of my project I used an oval, traced it on black paper, added lines all the way around from a center point and then curled the peeks with the back of a paint brush. After curling I added some Perfect Pearls.

I used Spellbinder Venetian Motifs to create the "eyelashes"  I inked the edges of the cut outs with Broken China added some blue bling to each of them.

To create the flowers I used the Spellbinder Rose Creations. Some of the flowers are open and some I made with a center bud. The blue flowers got an inking with Broken China Marker as well. The black got some Stickels added. The silver vines are made with a Whimsy Shapeology Die and the pine branch is done with a punch.

This technique I seen first at the Winter CHA. It is embossing powder sprinkled on top of the paper and then I added some "findings" The magic begins when you use the heat gun from underneath. It is fun to watch the powder melt and the findings "glued" within.

Here are some close ups from some of the other elements of the layout. Last but not least here is a close up of my title tile.

The brads were hit with some Stream Alcohol Ink and the tile is from Tim Holtz. One more look at the final result:

Thank you all for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed yourselfs. Now it is time to go onto the next stop on the hop and it is the talented Teresa Hilton at
